About Nick Zachara

Nick was born and raised in New Jersey but would spend weekends and vacations at the Zachara Family Adirondack House near Gore Mountain in North Creek, NY. His time here sparked and nurtured his love for skiing and the outdoors which helped lead him to his decision to attend St. Lawrence University and graduate with an Environmental Studies & Economics Combined Major and a Business in the Liberal Arts Major.

Over the years, Nick has worked with a camera in his hand for Gore Mountain, St. Lawrence University and as an ambassador for Outdoor Tech and Ski The East. Nick has been featured in and/or worked with with Powder Magazine, Freeskier Magazine, Ski Magazine, HKD Snowmakers, Ski the East, Forecast Ski Magazine, Ratnik Industries, PistenBully, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, NYSkiBlog.com, and the Olympic Regional Development Authority.

Nick now works full time in Lake Placid, NY for the Olympic Regional Development Authority.
